Patrick Kelly Berry
Patrick Berry has persued a career in art since his childhood in Glacier National Park.
At an early age he found encouragement from local artists Ace Powell and Morse Blake.
As early as 1964 he was selling small woodcarvings and pen and ink drawings to tourists.
In 1975 he moved to Skokie Illinois to attend Joe Abbrescia's Village Art School.
On retunring to Montana he apprenticed himself to a stained glass studio.
In 1977 he took a job in an art casting foundry.
It was in the next year that his first bronze sculpture was produced.
